PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly perform a rivet fastening operation including punching. SOLUTION: In the front end of the spindle housing 13 incorporating a first slide body 15 that is arbitrarily movable forwards and backwards through the driving motor 3, there is installed, freely rotatably with a mounting bolt 25, a turntable 24 on which both chuck mechanism composed of a chuck case 30, a chuck 31, etc., and a punch holder 39 are provided each movably forwards and backwards. By the rotary operation of the turntable 24, the chuck mechanism and the punch holder 39 are made selectively arrangeable in front of the first slide body 15, and also each of those so arranged is made movable forwards and backwards linked with the first slide body 15.
