PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine allowing easy adjustment of game nails. SOLUTION: A plurality of nail adjusting base pieces 16 are formed by implanting a plurality of game nails 15 on a top face with different arrangement forms and/or arrangement intervals, and any one of the nail adjusting base pieces 16 can be selectively attached to a directly above position of a ball detecting area 6 in a state flush with a panel face 2. By this, the arrangement form and/or arrangement interval of the game nails 15 arranged in the directly above position of the ball detecting area 6 can be easily changed, and the nails 15 can be adjusted very easily even by a person without special skills.
