PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material sprinkling device capable of uniformly and smoothly sprinkling a coating material when the coating material is sprinkled to form a sputter-like (spot-like) pattern. SOLUTION: In the coating material sprinkling device for supplying the coating material (3) to the surface of a conical rotary body (2) from a coating supply port (1) provided at an upper place and sprinkling the same from the lower end edge part of the rotary body (2) by centrical force, a plurality of coating material dripping blade bodies (10) are equally or almost equally protruded over the whole periphery of the rotary body (2).
