<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a simple temperature control of liquid food at sterilization and/or cooking and an even heating of the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid food heating device 1 is composed of a coil 7 connected with an alternate current power source 14, a case 8 with the coil wound, a metal body 9 to be a heat-radiating body fitted inside the case 8, and paths 4, 5 connected in front and at the rear of the case 8 for liquid food to pass through. A valve 11 is provided at the path 5 after passage of the case 8. Further, a preheating means 13 at the path 4 and a cooling means 12 at the path 5 are continuously fitted to exchange heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
