PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of users by providing a place for exchanging views and ideas between a plurality of users in a system formed to select specification of goods on-line and to provide information related to separate specified goods having the selected specification.

SOLUTION: This information processing device has a specification selecting means for selecting specification of goods in response to the operation of a user terminal 2 by a first user, an information providing means for providing the information related to the goods having the selected specification to a user terminal 2 of a second user different from the first user, and a views providing means for receiving views from the second user to provide it to the user terminal 2 of the first user.
