PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-polar circuit breaker capable of reducing the width in the thickness direction while the function as a circuit breaker is well maintained and securing the internal space to enable multiple functioning including the leak shutoff function, etc., without impairing the merit of the same outside size between the circuit breaker for wirings and a leak circuit breaker. SOLUTION: The multi-polar circuit breaker comprises a case furnished with terminal accommodation parts on both sides and a body accommodation part located between the two terminal accommodation parts, a contact device positioned between the terminals, a mechanism part to open and close the contact device, and at least one overcurrent tripping device actuating the opening/ closing mechanism part in the event of overcurrent for opening the contact device, wherein the overcurrent tripping device is positioned in one of the terminal accommodation parts while the contact device and the opening/closing mechanism part are located in the body accommodation part.
