摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring load adjusting method allowing adjustment of initial load of a plate spring member used as a movable terminal 8 with high precision. SOLUTION: The movable terminal 8 is abutted on a cam with elastic force at a set position where it is elastically deformed by a predetermined amount from an initial position. In this method for adjusting spring load (initial load) at the set position of the movable terminal 8, an adjustment deformation amount (pulling-up amount) is calculated from a primary expression in which spring constant of the movable terminal 8 is used as a variable and the movable terminal 8 is pulled up onto the opposite side to the set position from the initial position by the adjustment deformation amount only. Since the adjustment deformation amount is obtained from the primary expression in which spring constant of the plate spring member is used as the variable according to this load adjusting method, unevenness can be absorbed even if a plate thickness and hardness of the plate spring member differ per product so that initial load of the movable terminal 8 (the plate spring member) can be adjusted with high precision.
