PURPOSE: A portable terminal having a self-clip function is provided to have a closing function supplied by a hinge unit, and to have the clip function supplied by the first and the second projections and a wearing space, thereby wearable to a user. CONSTITUTION: The first housing(10) has the first projection(112a) supplied in front direction of an upper surface(10a). The second housing(20) has the second projection(210a) opposite to the first projection(112a) in front direction of a lower surface(20a), and is rotatively opened/closed by a hinge unit located in back direction. When the second housing(20) is closed in the first housing(10), a wearing space(40) is supplied by turns on a concave space and a convex space between the upper surface(10a) of the first housing(10) and the lower surface(20a) of the second housing(20) by contacting the first projection(112a) with the second projection(210a).
