<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore data even when a disk is exchanged in case of the occurrence of an error during writing of the data to the disk. <P>SOLUTION: A disk cartridge is provided with a backup memory and the data is written to the backup memory in recording the data and thereafter the data is recorded to the disk. In case of the occurrence of the error in recording the data, the data stored in the backup memory disposed at the disk cartridge is recorded to the disk, by which the data is restored when a power is supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
