<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge toner without leaving it inside, remarkably reduce load on a motor which rotates a toner bottle, and prevent drive failure, even when the length and weight of the toner bottle are increased in order to increase a quantity of toner in the toner bottle. <P>SOLUTION: Projections 302 are provided on the peripheral face of the toner bottle 201 from which stored toner is discharged through an opening as the bottle 201 is rotated. In a position where the projections 302 pass, a contact roller 303 is provided in such a manner as to descend by the contact of it with the projections 302 and keeps itself in a fixed position against the contact of it with the projections 302 in a specific case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
