A patient registers the patient~s voice in the normal healthy condition in a normal healthy condition voice data storage unit (21) in advance. If the patient feels sick or even if the patient feels healthy, and when the patien t utters voice towards the patient~s portable telephone device (1) to sent the voice to a diagnosing institution (20) periodically, the voice is stored in a patient voice information storage unit (23). An analyzing unit (31) processe s the voice and diagnoses the patient. The results of the diagnosis are report ed to the patient through a public circuit (28).
