PURPOSE: The auto-closing door hinge with an improved piston operating structure is provided to simplify a hinge structure by making a piston head and a spline boss integrated and minimizes the clearance between a piston and a housing to prevent wear by friction. CONSTITUTION: The auto-closing door hinge with an improved piston operating structure is composed of: an integrated piston containing a piston head(312) and a serrated spline boss(311); a piston housing(320) with a serrated groove receiving and guiding the spline boss; an insert ring(330) joined to the lower part of the piston housing; a housing(100) provided with a ring groove, which is round at the lower inside face and straightly angled at the upper inside face; a bearing and a quad-ring(200q) inserted into a driving shaft(220) joined to the inside of a cylinder room.
