PURPOSE: Provided are a cap assembly, in which electrode tap contacts with inner side of case with rotating, so as to prevent a shortcircuit, even though electrode pin rotates during assembling or the use. CONSTITUTION: The cap assembly(40) comprises a cap plate(42) which is assembled at the top of case, seals the assembly(40), and has a plurality of fixed protrusions(44) at the bottom; an insulating plate(60) which is assembled at the bottom of the cap plate and has a fixed aperture(64) for inserting the fixed protrusions(44) and a polygonal assembling groove(66) at a part of the bottom; an insulating tube which is inserted into openings formed at the cap plate(42) and the insulating plate(60); an electrode pin(50) which is inserted into the insulating tube(54) and is electrically insulated from the cap plate(42); and a tab welding plate(68) which is electrically connected with the electrode pin(50) and electrode tab(32) of the electrode group, inserted into the assembling groove(66) of the insulating plate(60), and formed with a shape corresponding to the assembling groove(66).
