<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate manual calibration work. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel is constituted of a four wire analog resistance film system touch panel TP, electrodes X1, X2, Y1 and Y2 in X direction and Y direction of the touch panel, transistors TRX1, TRX2, TRY1 and TRY2 which apply a reference voltage Vc to each electrode in X direction and Y direction alternately, a transistor, and voltage detection circuits DCX1, DCX2, DCY1 and DCY2 which detect voltage between touch points 50 of the four wire analog resistance film system touch panel to perform the position detection of the touch panel. A CPU 10, which calculates and memorizes a coordinate true value of two or more specific buttons displayed on the touch panel and a deviation of each coordinate value when pressing the buttons, and by taking the weighted average value of them, and calibrates a coordinate value point by point when touching at an arbitrary touch point, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
