<p>It is intended to provide foods for supplying ubiquinone which are prepared by adding a composition containing ubiquinone and a fat; ubiquinone-containing edible fat compositions; a process for producing a food for supplying ubiquinone which comprises dissolving ubiquinone in a fat by heating and adding the thus obtained mixture to a food material; a method of preventing the sedimentation and/or localization of ubiquinone in a food which comprises dissolving ubiquinone in a fat by heating and adding the thus obtained mixture to a food material to thereby produce a food; and a method of supplying ubiquinone by taking the above food.</p> |
