MOLD CLAMPING FORCE CORRECTING METHOD OF MOLD CLAMPING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance not only flexibility at the time of use of a mold clamping device by accurately adjusting mold clamping force even with respect to a small-sized mold but also general-purpose properties and reliability by certainly and accurately adjusting mold clamping force even in case that a spring built-in mold is used. SOLUTION: When the fluctuation quantity of the mold clamping force to a mold C during manufacturing operation is detected and the mold clamping force is corrected on the basis of the detected fluctuation quantity, the work load accompanied by the high pressure mold clamping of a mold clamping process is used as the fluctuation quantity not only to preset work load (standard work load Ws) becoming the standard accompanied by high pressure mold clamping but also to detect the work load (detected work load Wd) accompanied by the high pressure mold clamping of the mold clamping process during manufacturing operation.
