PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of communication wherein processing ability of communication is distributed in an optimum manner and communication is enabled more smoothly, its communication method and recording medium for the communication method. SOLUTION: A communication module 606 which performs electrical communication to a processor is installed in order to perform communication to other devices containing a second device and to at least one device from a first device network. A pseudo-random scheduler 612 for providing each time point which regulates schedule for the electronic equipment which performs communication to other devices is installed.
