PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixture separation membrane for pervaporation which can separate water efficiently from a liquid mixture and is excellent in permeation stability. SOLUTION: The liquid mixture separation membrane is made of type A zeolite deposited on a porous support. High water-permselectivity is shown by the ability of a zeolite molecular sieve. In the separation of the liquid mixture by a pervaporation method, a practical liquid mixture separation membrane high in separation efficiency, excellent in permeation stability, and good in chemical stability and handling is provided A water-ethanol mixed solution, for example, which can hardly be separated by a conventional separation membrane, can be separated stably and efficiently.
