PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fabricating a sleeve pin are provided to improve productivity and to reduce processing time of a workpiece by forming an edge part or calking part formed in an inner surface of a sleeve pin through one extruding process using a heading machine. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve pin fabricating apparatus includes a casting mold(29) mounted on a die of a machine body so as to receive a workpiece. A first punch(32) is elastically inserted into the casting mold(29) in order to strike one edge part of the workpiece(13). A striking mold(30) is mounted on a reciprocating table. A second punch(34) is elastically inserted into the striking mold(30) so as to strike the other edge part of the workpiece(13). A third punch(36) is provided to strike a center portion of the workpiece(13).
