摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which realizes a beam having a high gain and a narrow beam width and a beam having a comparatively low gain and a wide beam width in a single device. <P>SOLUTION: A primary radiator 11 has power feeding parts P1 and P2 and can selectively radiate orthogonal two polarized waves. When a polarized wave parallel to a conductor grid 31 of a sub reflection mirror 12 is selected out of the relevant orthogonal two polarized waves, a radio wave radiated from the primary radiator 11 is reflected on the sub reflection mirror 12, further reflected on a main reflection mirror 13 and radiated into the space so that the beam depending on the opening diameter of the main reflection mirror 3 and having the high gain and the narrow beam width can be radiated. When a polarized wave vertical to the conductor grid 31 of the sub reflection mirror 12 is selected out of the orthogonal two polarized waves from the primary radiator 11, on the other hand, a radio wave radiated from the primary radiator 11 is transmitted through the sub reflection mirror 12 and radiated into the space so that an antenna device 1 can radiate the beam depending on the opening diameter of the primary radiator 11 and having the comparatively low gain and the wide beam width. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
