<p>The heel safety fixing for a ski boot comprises a tubular body open at its ends. This body is rigidly fixed to a sole grip (1a) pivoted about a transverse cam forming part of a stirrup (3) pivoted on a pivoting plate (4) integral with the ski. The body contains a spring compressed between a piston supported on the cam and a stop integral with a adjusting screw. The adjusting screw is axially supported by its head against a bearing surface on the body. The stop consists of a nut mounted on the adjusting screw. The heel safety fixing has a reduced cost.</p> |
