PURPOSE: A hydraulic circuit for increasing travel speed on an inclined road is provided to improve travel performance by increasing the discharge amount of the hydraulic pump with temporarily adding power to the hydraulic pump in traveling the heavy construction equipment on an uphill, and to improve the reliability by using the energy efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic circuit is composed of a hydraulic pump(1); a pilot pump(2); a travel motor connected to the hydraulic pump; a main control valve controlling operation, stop and direction of the travel motor; remote control valves(6,7) regulating pilot signal pressure for switching the main control valve; a switch(9) installed in the remote control valve to control power from a battery(11) to an air conditioner(13) installed in the heavy equipment; a horsepower change port(15) supplying operation pressure by communicating with a swash plate adjusting part and adjusting the discharge amount by adjusting the tilt angle of the swash plate of the hydraulic pump; and a control unit regulating actuating fluid supplied to the horsepower change port to increase travel speed by adding horsepower to the hydraulic pump with stopping the air conditioner in traveling the heavy equipment on the uphill.
