<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through anchor capable of preventing inclination of a webbing without causing large-scaling, being commonized in right and left seats, and having excellent appearance when installing the through anchor to a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In this through anchor 10, a nearly center part on the rear face side of a webbing winding part 24 is formed with a recess part 26 having a width narrower than the webbing 20. When a large tensile load is applied to the webbing 20, the webbing 20 is deformed along the recess part 26 and is closely contacted with the recess part 26. Accordingly, even if the webbing 20 is just about slipping sideways on the winding part 24 of the through anchor 10, movement of the webbing 20 in the width direction is prevented to prevent the inclination of the webbing 20. Because the recess part 26 is only provided in the nearly center part of the winding part 24 of the through anchor 10, the through anchor 10 is not enlarged and can be commonized in the right and left seats.
