PURPOSE: A cleaner is provided to completely remove foreign substances in a return belt by scraping. CONSTITUTION: A supporting base(16) fixes a tension pulley(2). A support is fixed in a front side of a supporting base(16) and equipped in a tension portion of a belt conveyor. A fixing plate(13) is integrally fixed inside the support. A cleaner is fixed in the fixing plate to be adjustable the length by a fixing bolt. The lower face of the cleaner is contacted to the outer face of a return belt(1). A pair of guide rails(22) is vertically installed in both sides of the support. A case support is installed to be movable through the guide rails and equipped with many brackets lengthwise. An upper spring housing is protruded from the lower face of the brackets downward. A lower spring housing is protruded from the cleaner case upward. A spring is installed between the spring housings. A tension control bolt(23) is extended from the brackets downward and fixed in the fixing plate to control the tension. Thereby, foreign substances are removed in the tension portion and scraped in the opposed direction against the advancing direction. Therefore, the foreign substances are removed completely.
