<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic transaction (mediation) system by which both of a person and an owner can use a broker's database concerning large-diameter timbers to easily achieve a transaction so that the person who requires to obtain a large- diameter timber for construction/repair can easily obtain it and the owner of the large-diameter timber easily and appropriately transfers it. <P>SOLUTION: A standing timber electronic transaction (mediation) system using a rectangular timber dimension calculation system, at least a part of the calculation system being comprised of a standing timber basic information processing means that processes and records data on the basic information concerning a standing timber, a dimension standard information processing means that processes the recorded standing timber basic information data using dimension standard information data being a standard for previously calculating dimensions concerning a rectangular timber obtainable from the standing timber, a rectangular timber dimension calculation means that calculates rectangular timber dimension information data from the standing timber basic information data based on the processed data, and a database concerning a material wood including the data based on the rectangular timber dimension calculation and the data on the information concerning the standing timber recorded in the processing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
