PURPOSE: A coiling method of stainless steel hot coil for preventing embrittlement at room temperatures due to precipitation and phase transformation is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that in hot rolling process of ferrite stainless steel, nitrogen gas is sprayed on both sides of hot coil under nitrogen gas at temperature of less than -20 deg.C and at spray pressure in header of 40 kgf/cm¬2 for preventing embrittlement at room temperature, wherein the hot coil is cooled below 400 deg.C.
