A coupling system intended for fitting in an end of a pipe (1) that is provided with a pipe liner (2). The coupling system comprises a coupling piece (3) that is designed for coupling the pipe to an object, which coupling piece comprises a first cylindrical part (4) that lies in line with the pipe after fitting. The coupling piece further comprises a second cylindrical part (5) lying in line with the first cylindrical part, which second cylindrical part fits into the pipe liner, the system further comprising clamping means for fixing the second cylindrical part in a clamping manner against the pipe liner. The clamping means preferably comprise a clamping bush (7), which is to be pressed into the second cylindrical part, the second cylindrical part being expandable under the influence of the clamping bush. |
