PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a hot-rolling line and a hot-rolling method for manufacturing high-strength products having few rubbed marks caused by a leveler. SOLUTION: In the hot-rolling line, a finishing mill, a leveler, and cooling equipment are arranged in this order from the upstream side toward the downstream side, and a lubricant supplying system by which a lubricant is supplied between work rolls and a metallic strip to which bending is performed with the work rolls is provided on the leveler. In the hot-rolling method, finish rolling is hot performed to a metallic piece, repeated bending is performed to the metallic strip after finish rolling with the leveler, and when cooling it after that, in the leveler, the repeated bending is performed while the lubricant is supplied between the work rolls and the metallic strip before the bending is performed with the work rolls.
