PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the position of an origin accurately by matching the generating position of an origin signal from an encoder with origin signal to the torque position on a torque curve. SOLUTION: In the method for positioning the origin of a stepping motor, the generating position (P1) of an origin signal (REF) from an encoder (10) with origin signal is set as the position of the origin of a stepping motor (2) and a torque position (P1) on the torque curve of the stepping motor (2) is matched to the generating position (P1) thus determine the origin at one position of the rotor (3). |
