PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in the detection characteristics of a fixed pattern, even when there is frequency drift in the reception signal. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the fixed pattern comprises the steps of dividing the reception signal into a plurality of blocks, obtaining a spread code correlation value A, by multiplying and adding by using the spreading signals using a spreading code correlator 3 at the respective blocks, multiplying and adding using a signature pattern by a signature pattern correlator 8, in- phase adding the signature pattern correlated value B obtained at each block by the correlator 8 for each block by the in-phase adder 10 further obtaining individual power values from the signature pattern correlated value, obtained by calculating the individual power values by the power value calculator 13, and totalizing the individual power values to obtain a desired detected power value. |
