PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract user's interest, and to enhance sales promotion, by adopting an unexpected price determination system by lottery or the like in online shopping utilizing a network. SOLUTION: A commodity which is a sales object is introduced on a home page provided by a service provider 1. In this case, a probability fluctuating price system wherein the sales price is fluctuated based on prescribed probability is set beforehand. When a user 2 selects the probability fluctuating price system from a terminal device, electronic lottery is performed by a prepared method. Therefore, some price is determined from the set price system, and the user 2 purchases at the determined price. Namely, the sales price is fluctuated by the lottery. A standard reduced price having a prescribed discount rate is also set in addition to the probability fluctuating price system, and the user 2 can select either of the standard reduced price and the probability fluctuating price. |
