PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processor having a voice recognition device with improved operability and reduced erroneous recognition. SOLUTION: This processor device is provided with the voice recognition device having a signal processing means for converting a voice signal from a microphone to the feature parameter sequence of a voice, means for detecting the start (starting terminal) of a block containing the voice spoken by a human being from the voice signal, means for detecting the end (ending terminal) of that block, means for collating the feature parameter sequence of the voice from the detected start (starting terminal) of the block with the held feature parameter sequence of a voice, and a means for providing information having no likely phoneme line or no likely result as a result of collating processing, a means for performing ending processing to preceding voice recognizing processing, an image storage device for storing image information corresponding to the operating states of the respective means, and an image selector for reading and displaying the correspondent image information out of the image storage device when the means are in the operation states.
