The housing structure (105) conveys heat produced within the housing structure (105) from a first portion to a second portion thereof. The support structure (110) is releasably and fixedly secured to th e housing structure (105). The insulator structure (115) is affixed to the support structure (110). The heating structure (120) is affixed to the insulator structure (115).
