PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fermented solution, a textile product, a cosmetic, a food, etc., having strong antioxydation power. SOLUTION: This fermented solution is obtained by feeding a raw material containing needle crystal calcium and a lactic acid bacterium to a fermentation tank, pressurizing air (2 to 3 atmospheres), applying minus voltage (1,000 to 2500 volt) to the fermentation tank and fermenting the raw material solution. The component of the fermented solution is impregnated into or stick to a fiver, down, wall paper, etc., by using a resin binder and/or water-soluble chitosan. A food, cosmetic, agricultural material, soil conditioner, water-quality improver, washing softener, bathing agent, etc., containing the component of the fermented solution are obtained.
