FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying manual testing for carrying out the following manual operations for eliminating functional blockage at the C3-C4, C6-C7 and Th2-Th4 levels. Manual operations for eliminating functional blockage of vertebral column Th2-Th4 segments are performed in placing phalanx bases of the fifth fingers of physician hands symmetrically near the spinous process of the displaced vertebra at an angle of 40 deg by longitudinally moving the displaced vertebra relative to the other vertebra in the segment and then, displaced vertebra derotation is carried out to achieve physiological state of the spinal motor segment arrangement. Manual operations directed to functional blockage of vertebral column C3-C4 and C6-C7 segments are performed by making sharp rotations of patient head in turn to each shoulder until maximum tension of neck muscles is reached. Then, soft orthopedic collar is put on the neck for 2 to 13 weeks. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
