PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form processor providing compatibility between convenience and security of a user. SOLUTION: An electronic form to be used in a procedure is requested by accessing to the electronic form processor 14 from a user terminal 2. The electronic form processor having received a request for the electronic form sends the electronic form to the user terminal 2. The user inputs necessary items in the received electronic form and sends it the electronic form processor. The electronic form processor receives an electronic document inputted with necessary items and sends it to a user portable terminal 3 as an electronic document for authentication. The user receives the electronic document for authentication and confirms contents. After confirmation, if there is no problem in the contents, the user prepares an electronic document with an electronic signature and sends it to the electronic form processor. The electronic form processor verifies the electronic signature on the received electronic document with the electronic signature, and if there is no problem, it carries out the procedure assuming that it has been officially approved by the user. |
