PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plot drawing display device, a plot drawing display method and a recording medium allowing the easy display of only a drawing to be plotted, as a detailed drawing. SOLUTION: This plot drawing display device 1 is provided with a plotting contents setting part 5 and a design drawing preparing part 6. The plot contents setting part 5 allows a user to select a part to be displayed as a detailed drawing, from a product to be plotted, and sets the selected part as a condition in displaying the drawing. The design drawing preparing part 6 plots the part selected by the user, as the detailed drawing on the basis of the set conditions set by the plot contents setting part 5, and plots matters related to the detailed drawing, as an outline drawing, and the design drawing is displayed by an output device 4.
