PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working floor and a wedge-shaped fastening device for the working floor contributing to the improvement of safety of a worker on a scaffolding and having high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A first metal plate member 1 is of plate shape. A second metal plate member 12 is of wedge shape, and the rear end side opposite to the wedge- shaped end part is jointed to one face of the first metal plate member 1. A reinforcing member 4 is jointed between the first metal plate member 1 and the second metal plate member 2 to reinforce mechanical jointing strength between both members.
