PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doom type tweeter which can reduce a distance from a woofer while eliminating the need for using an expensive Nd-Fe-B magnet, and a loudspeaker system using the tweeter. SOLUTION: In the doom type tweeter having an outer magnetic path type magnetic circuit 331 using a ferrite magnet, any of a magnet 331C and a yoke 331A forming the magnetic circuit 331 has a nearly rectangular outer shape, forming an elongated shape as a whole.
