PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve creation of a migration record according to a scenes by changing the contents whenever the migration record is created by external data (abstract records). SOLUTION: This system for creating migration record is constituted of an account information data base 95, an automatic transfer data extracting part 100 for extracting data required for a transition processing from an automatic transfer work data base 90, a debtor's account index part 104, a creditor's account index part 105, an external data table creating part 101 for creating an external data table 92 based on the written and extracted record 91 to be set in the outside, an external data table extracting part 103 for extract the data required for the migration processing from the external data table 92 created by the external data table creating part 101, a record information saving part 106 for holding the extracted pieces of data as record saving information by integrating them and a migration record creating part 107 for creating the migration record 94 from record saving information 93. |
