PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud discharging structure for a mud discharging pipe, which is free from deposition of gravel, etc., in the mud discharging pipe and conveys mud without a hitch, to thereby contribute to shortening of a construction period, and to provide a gravel removing apparatus. SOLUTION: According to the mud discharging pipe 3 for conveying mud discharged from a shield machine 1 onto the ground, a bifurcating section 3a is formed at a midpoint thereof. The bifurcating section 3a forms an acute angle with respect to the mud discharging pipe 3 on the side of the shield machine 1, and forms an obtuse angle with respect to the mud discharging pipe 3 on the side of the ground. Further, its leading end is directed downward. |
