PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for treating, recycling, and fully utilizing wastes, such as shellfishes, mowed grass, and trimmed branches, produced on the premises of a power station without discharging them from the premises even when they are produced in large quantities in a certain season. SOLUTION: The method for treating wastes on the premises of a power station comprises treating biological wastes produced on the premises of a power station to recycle them on the premises. The system for treating wastes on the premises of a power station has a storage pit for storing biological wastes produced on the premises of a power station and a fermentation facility for fermenting the wastes stored in the pit.
