Determination of hyperlinks to call a target document from an output document

Analysis is carried out to generate a list of code words (10) with hyperlinks that are derived from code words (4) within the document (2,3). By clicking on the hyperlinks in the document the link manager (17) operates to form a selection list to match the code words of the document.
