PURPOSE: A system and a method for searching a web site registered as a member are provided to arrange and report the web sites subscribed unnecessarily or by the stealing of a resident registration number by offering the information of the subscribed web site to a user. CONSTITUTION: A storage(11) receives the information of the subscribed member from all web sites(30), stores the information in a database, and stores the personal information inputted from the user(21). A display makes the user(21) connected through the Internet see the information. A controller(10) searches the information of the web site(30) positioned by the user(21) from the data received from the storage(11), controls various kinds of information to be offered to the user(21), and controls the display of the information to be offered to the user(21).
