PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cover attaching structure capable of simply and precisely positioning a screwed part of each cover. SOLUTION: In this vehicular cover attaching structure, a leg shield front side member 26 as a first cover, an inner fender 28 as a second cover, and a leg shield rear side member 27 as a third cover are fastened together by a screw 48. A boss portion 26d formed with a female thread portion 26e is protrusively provided on the leg shield front side member 26. A second guide portion 28a guided and positioned by the boss portion 26d is formed on the inner fender 28, and a third guide portion 27c guided and positioned by the second guide portion 28a of the inner fender 28 is formed on the leg shield rear side member 27.
