PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which the production of a thin product made of a magnesium alloy can be simplified, and a thinner product can be produced. SOLUTION: A magnesium alloy thin sheet as a working object is continuously subjected to plastic working while warming the thin sheet to a prescribed temperature to form a prescribed shape. After that, its surface is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment and then to a prescribed coating.
