PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change structure and pressurizing structure capable of performing safe rotation transmission among a plurality of rotating members and applying a plurality of potential functions and structures. SOLUTION: A speed change structure is equipped with at least a plurality of rotating members journaled rotatably around a first center axis and capable of performing rotation transmission each other, a rotating member journaled around a center axis keeping a distance from the first center axis 81 allowing relative rotation of one or more time to at least any one of a plurality of rotating members and destined to transmit rotation with a driving means other than a rotating member, and a pressurizing structure capable of absorbing pressurizing force of rotation and indicating resiliency of the absorbed pressurizing force and freely changing the ratio of the relative distance among a fulcrum, force applying point, and application point, and further constituted of a pressurizing structure capable of transmitting rotation freely among a plurality of rotating members or a structure capable of receiving pressurizing force of rotation from at least any one direction of a plurality of rotating members.
