PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection system capable of reducing NOx or smoke, and improving a fuel consumption rate in a diesel engine. SOLUTION: A needle valve 2 is applied to a valve seat on a fuel injection nozzle 1 by mechanical force of springs 8 and 9, etc., and the needle valve 2 is lifted to open against the mechanical force of the springs 8 and 9, etc., by pressure of injected fuel in this fuel injection system including the fuel injection nozzle 1. A piston 4 connected to the needle valve 2, and a cylinder 5 in which the piston 4 slides are provided, and a fluid forcedly feeding means 22 to forcedly feed fluid to a piston chamber 5a formed by the piston 4 and the cylinder 5 under pressure is provided. A restrictor part 24 is provided in a passage connecting the fluid feed means 22 and the piston chamber 5a. |
