SHOE MIDSOLE HAVING EXCELLENT ACTIVATING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: Provided is a shoe midsole obtained by mixing a specified amount of charcoal with polyurethane and press-forming the mixture. It has excellent antimicrobial and deodorizing effects by far infrared radiation. CONSTITUTION: The shoe midsole is prepared by mixing 5 to 20% by weight of activated charcoal comprising 72 to 79% by weight of a carbonaceous material and 18 to 20% by weight of mineral, 70 to 93% by weight of polyurethane and 2 to 10% by weight of silver and forming the mixture. The activated charcoal has a specific surface area of 100 to 500m¬2/g and a particle size of 1 to 5μm and is selected from an oak tree, bark of coconut or the like.
