PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera case for housing a camera which prevents frozen water and ice cubes resulting from snow, rain, etc., blown on an exposed wiper from blocking the wiping operation of the wiper over a wiping surface. SOLUTION: The camera case has a wiper. While being not used, the wiper stops at the top side of a wiping surface of a camera case cover for shading so as to be housed in the cover to protect the wiper from snow, rain, etc. Only in the wiping operation, the wiper is exposed from the case cover to wipe the wiping surface.
